The Marketing Manager will drive Renegade Brewery’s brand growth and market presence through innovative digital and traditional marketing strategies. This role will shape our portfolio strategy, lead our brand storytelling, and drive commercial success across all channels, including Taproom, direct-to-consumer, and trade partnerships.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and craft beer market trends
• Lead social media strategy and content creation to build brand advocacy
• Develop and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all channels
• Track and analyze digital metrics to optimize customer acquisition and retention

Brewer

We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and creative brewer to join the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get involved with an independent, well invested and high tech brewery during an exciting time.

• Independently responsible for all Brewhouse & cellar operations including safety, quality and performance.
• Working collaboratively with the team and supporting all SOP and control documents are reviewed (minimum annually) and updated where required.
• Support, develop and engage with NPD, be it process or beer development.
• Prior brewing experience required. Ideally in a brewery >10.000hl/annum.

Here at the Renegade Taproom and Kitchen we want our customers to have the best experience, from the customer service they receive to the food they enjoy. This job role will include accepting deliveries, stock rotation, kitchen cleanliness and food preparation.
