Quality Technician

Producing top quality beer is a what we strive for here at Renegade. Working as part of the Quality & Production team, the successful candidate will be responsible for adherence to the Quality sampling schedule, due diligence on reporting and focus on problem investigation & resolution.

• Be the Owner of Sample Plan to ensure Regular testing (analytical & Microbial) of all beers at agreed intervals to ensure brewing and packing quality. 
• Monitor and maintain a stock of Laboratory consumables for the smooth running of the laboratory.
• Working in timely manner to support production schedules. Taking all necessary steps to ensure precision and repeatability.  
• Ensure all Risk Assessment’s and Standard Operating procedures for the Quality & Production Depts are adhered with

Commis Chef

Here at the Renegade Taproom and Kitchen we want our customers to have the best experience, from the customer service they receive to the food they enjoy. This job role will include accepting deliveries, stock rotation, kitchen cleanliness and food preparation.

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be a team worker but able to use your own initiative.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Basic food hygiene desired.
