How long have you been at Renegade and what were you up to before that?
Most recently I was a Finance Director within M&C Saatchi in London, since 2020. Prior to that I was Head of Commercial Finance and Group Financial Controller at Science in Sport/PhD Nutrition for 3 years.
How has your role/the business progressed since you’ve been here?
I have really enjoyed my first couple of months at Renegade; the role is so diverse and provides exposure to all areas of the business, whether its reporting on financial performance, reviewing the margins our respective channels are delivering, or supporting on new business and product opportunities, and much more!
What got you into the beer industry?
I had done distillery and brewery tours in Scotland and became very interested in the industry, combined with really enjoying working in manufacturing at Science in Sport, so the role at Renegade Brewery has provided the perfect opportunity to combine the two.
What is your favourite Renegade beer past or present? Detour
What is your favourite style of beer or favourite non-Renegade beer? Pale Ale, Sierra Nevada

Hobbies or interests? When not doing the kids’ activities on the weekend, long distance running, athletics, and football.
Best place you’ve travelled to and why does it stick in your memory?
The most amazing travelling I have done was to Kenya, and the Masai Mara, where we went on safari and stayed in various lodges, followed by some time in Zanzibar.
Coffee or tea? Tea
Favourite food to cook at home? Spaghetti Bolognese
Favourite local restaurant? I went to The Jack Russell in Faccombe recently and that was very nice.
Favourite item on the Renegade Taproom & Kitchen menu? Hot Buffalo Chicken Wings, or Tacos
Dogs or cats? Dogs
Funniest/most interesting thing at work so far? I have never had the pleasure of working with so many dogs at work and its such a great addition.
