It can improve circulation.

Non-alcoholic beer can improve blood circulation and reduce the risk of developing cardiovascular disease. The phenols in beer can also help reduce the risk of developing atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries), leading to a heart attack or stroke

Promotes Better Sleep

Hops are a key ingredient in both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beer. They’re used for their preservative capacities and distinct flavour. But the compounds xanthohumol and myrcenol in hops also have a sedative effect and are thought to improve sleep patterns.

 It contains less calories

Alcohol contains 56 calories a unit. These are “empty” calories, because they provide no nutritional value. So, if you swap an averagely alcoholic beer for a 0% or 0.5%, you’ll be cutting out up to 145 calories from alcohol alone. But bear in mind that not all non-alcoholic beers are low in calories. The calories in the beer all depend on the brewing process and ingredients used.

Social Inclusion

Non-alcoholic beer enables people who don’t drink alcohol, whether for health, religious, or personal reasons, to feel included in social situations where alcohol is present. This can help combat feelings of isolation and promote stronger social connections.

It won’t cause hangovers

One of the downsides of drinking beer is that, if you drink too much, you’ll wake up with a sore head the following day. Non-alcoholic beers however, let you enjoy everything you love about beer without the dehydration and the feeling sorry for yourself that alcohol can cause.
